Modul-modul ini mencakup proses dan alur kerja yang belum terdigitalisasi, antara lain:<\/p><ul><li>Main Dashboard<\/li><li>Employee Database<\/li><li>Sahabat Tomori<\/li><li>Disciplinary<\/li><li>Timesheet &amp; Overtime<\/li><li>E-nternship<\/li><li>Organization<\/li><li>Employee Guidance<\/li><li>C&amp;B Payroll<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Ringkasan Proyek<\/strong><\/p><p>Sistem HR sebelumnya belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi dan masih terdapat sejumlah fungsi HR yang belum terdigitalisasi, seperti penerbitan surat peringatan, formulir pengaduan karyawan, dan proses lainnya yang masih berbasis kertas.<\/p><p>Pengajuan lembur atau kerja tambahan masih menggunakan formulir manual yang membutuhkan tanda tangan basah, sehingga memperlambat proses persetujuan. Selain itu, pengajuan fasilitas karyawan seperti DPLK (asuransi) dan pinjaman juga belum dilakukan secara digital.<\/p><h4 class=\"mt-40 mb-20\">Solusi &amp; Dampak<\/h4><p><strong>Solusi:<\/strong> JOB Tomori mengembangkan sistem yang berfungsi untuk mengelola keseluruhan proses HR secara digital. Sistem ini mencakup: Kehadiran online, Pengajuan lembur secara daring, Pengajuan pinjaman, permintaan fasilitas, dan keperluan karyawan lainnya serta Integrasi modul HR yang lebih luas dalam satu platform<\/p><p><strong>Dampak:<\/strong> Efisiensi waktu dan proses kerja, Persetujuan lebih cepat dan mudah tanpa tanda tangan manual, Sistem data yang terintegrasi, Kemudahan bagi karyawan dalam
