Gratyo is a Business Coaching company that has several trainer coaches in their organization. The issue they are facing lies in the calculation and payment system for trainer/coach incentives, which still relies on Microsoft Excel tools to record all incentive data. As the amount of data increases, Gratyo requires an alternative solution to meet their needs.
Objective
Development of an application system to store data for all trainers/coaches and a management system for calculating and paying incentives.
Project Summary
As the amount of trainer data and other training data increases, Gratyo requires an alternative solution to facilitate their needs in making incentive payments to trainers/coaches. The development of an Incentive Management System application is expected to accommodate these needs.
Solution & Impact
Solutions : What is needed is for Gratyo to have an application system that can store more data and a system that makes the calculation of incentives for their trainers/coaches easier and more transparent.
Impact : The calculation of incentive payments for trainers/coaches can be facilitated much better using an application system. Additionally, the process becomes much faster and easier, with data stored in a central database.
