PT TTNT faces difficulties in monitoring and tracking car spare parts shipments in real-time.

  • The manual management of delivery routes is often suboptimal, leading to delays and increased operational costs.
  • Clients lack adequate access to monitor their shipment status, resulting in dissatisfaction and a lack of trust.
  • The management of complex and fragmented shipment data makes performance analysis and decision-making challenging.
  • Manual shipping processes are prone to errors, such as incorrect delivery addresses or items.

Objective

The primary objective of this project is to develop and implement a Transportation Management System (TMS) that addresses the current challenges faced by PT TTNT. 

Project Summary

PT TTNT is currently facing significant challenges in managing its logistics and delivery operations, particularly in the real-time tracking and monitoring of car spare parts shipments.

The existing manual processes for route management and data handling are inefficient, leading to delays, increased operational costs, and a lack of transparency for clients. These issues have resulted in client dissatisfaction and a decrease in trust, along with difficulties in performance analysis and decision-making.
