Overview
The HR management function within the scope of JOB Tomori needs to be updated and further developed to improve performance and the existing HR management processes. The development of the existing HR system is expected to handle the complexity of workflows and processes that continue to evolve in line with the company’s needs.
Objective
JOB Tomori will integrate the existing HR system with new modules that will be developed. The modules to be developed include several processes and workflows that have not yet been digitized, such as:
- Main Dashboard
- Employee Database
- Sahabat Tomori
- Disciplinary
- Timesheet & Overtime
- E-nternship
- Organization
- Employee Guidance
- C&B Payroll
Project Summary
The system that has not been fully integrated into the previous HR application includes HR management functions that have not been digitized, such as issuing warning letters, employee complaint forms, etc., which still use paper forms as their infrastructure.
Overtime/extra work submissions still use forms and require manual wet signature approval from authorized officials, resulting in a lengthy approval process. Employee facility requests, such as DPLK (insurance) and loans, have also not been digitized.
Solution & Impact
Solutions : JOB Tomori is developing a system that functions to manage their HR management. It includes online attendance, a digitized system to facilitate all employee needs such as online overtime submissions, loan applications, and other requests.
Impact : Time efficiency, faster and easier approvals, integrated data systems, and ease for employees in submitting all kinds of HR-related requests.
