Gratyo recognizes that operational efficiency and good data integration are crucial for supporting business growth and sustainability. With current technological advancements, Gratyo aims to implement a database management system into their business processes to support the ongoing operational activities at Gratyo.
Project Summary
Gratyo is a Business Coaching company that serves several clients from various companies using their business coaching services. The issue they face is that the system for recording completed training sessions for their clients still relies on simple tools like Microsoft Excel to track all training data.
As the number of training sessions increases, Gratyo needs a more robust solution to record all training data and client information in their database. Additionally, there is a need to optimize business processes by having a system capable of monitoring all ongoing progress and business activities. This includes client training schedules and tracking payment transactions for training sessions from clients.

Solution Gratyo needs a data management application system that facilitates monitoring business processes and storing client databases as well as training history. Gratyo is implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (e-ERP) system to streamline operations and enhance business process efficiency.
