Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sidomuncul TBK requires a system that can integrate all data related to HR and human resource management, to facilitate all data needs in real-time, accessible anytime and anywhere. The system is expected to meet the needs and provide convenience for its users to support the smooth operational processes of the company. The system is also expected to replace the use of paper to achieve one of the company’s vision and mission to support the Go Green movement.

Project Summary
PT. Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sidomuncul Tbk faces challenges in managing their company data due to the lack of an integrated HR data system. Sido Muncul does not yet have a centralized HR database, resulting in poorly integrated data. Additionally, data analysis, reporting, and approval processes still use manual methods (wet signatures/stamps).
