Overview
Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Bandung (DLHK) currently has an application SIMBA (Sistem Manajemen Barang dan Aset) to monitor the garbage truck fleet. As needs grow, DLHK requires an additional system for asset management (inventory) and procurement procedures, including truck maintenance such as procuring spare parts and other needs.
Objective
The development of additional modules on the existing DLHK application to accommodate procurement procedures. This system must be able to increase workflow efficiency from submission to approval by the authorized parties.

- Asset Management System: Managing DLHK’s inventory and assets in an integrated manner.
- Procurement Process: Automating the submission, verification, and approval workflow for goods and services procurement.
