Currently, product orders are still made manually through chat, phone calls, or sales visits, resulting in a longer and less effective ordering process. This method not only consumes time but also causes delays in fulfilling product orders for consumers. Additionally, resellers often face limitations in obtaining information about product availability and out-of-stock items at the distributor.

Objective

PT Tirta Utama Abadi aims to address these issues by developing a system that can simplify the ordering process, improve time efficiency, and provide real-time stock information to resellers. With this solution, PT Tirta Utama Abadi hopes to enhance customer satisfaction and accelerate order fulfillment services.

Project Summary

PT Tirta Utama Abadi needs to accommodate product orders from resellers (such as convenience stores and other customers). Currently, product orders are still made manually by contacting distributors through chat/phone or through sales visits.

This method is considered ineffective because it makes the ordering process longer and slows down the fulfillment service to consumers due to this process. In general, the problems are:

  1. Difficulty with Manual Ordering
  2. Inefficiency and Time-Consuming
  3. Limited Information for Resellers about Available Products and Out-of-Stock Items at Distributors

Solution & Results

Solutions : To address these issues, leveraging technology to develop an application that can be used by both distributors and resellers is the solution. This application will make the ordering process more efficient and transparent. It will allow resellers to easily and quickly place product orders online and receive information about product availability at the distributor.
