Scope of work
- Developing an application to meet the demand for booking hotel rooms, meeting rooms, dining rooms, and more.
- Developing an application to facilitate guests in making payment transactions for hotel services.
- Developing an application for the company to analyze customer behavior.
Project Summary
Trans Hotel Group needs a web-based and mobile application system to provide convenience for hotel guests in accessing various facilities, such as booking hotel rooms, meeting rooms, dining rooms, and more. The application is expected to address the challenges of digital service transformation for Trans Hotel Group.
In addition to the need to provide online services to customers, the application to be designed is expected to integrate with other ecosystems within the company’s business scope, such as merchant services and groups affiliated with CT Corp in particular. THG Apps (Trans Hotel Group Application) can also serve as a means to stay connected and build strong relationships with customers, offering a plethora of customer-friendly features such as loyalty programs with point rewards and attractive discounts.
