Overview

Toyota Berbagi is an initiative from Toyota Indonesia focused on corporate social responsibility (CSR) with the aim of making a positive contribution to the community and environment in Indonesia. Facilitated by various programs supporting many community activities such as activities that contribute to the surrounding environmental impact, driving safety awareness, and programs focused on community development.

Objective

Through the Toyota Berbagi program, Toyota Indonesia strives to support sustainable development and create a broad positive impact on all aspects of community life.

Scope of work

  • Development of the Toyota Berbagi website for public access
  • Development of the Toyota Berbagi website to facilitate participant procedures through online registration forms
  • Management and database administration on the Toyota Berbagi website

Project Summary

The need of PT Toyota Astra Motor as a form of Responsibility (CSR) to the community is to create CSR programs in the form of activities that can be widely participated in by the general public. PT TAM has named this program Toyota Berbagi. The Toyota Berbagi website is expected to facilitate Toyota Indonesia’s CSR programs so that they can be easily accessed by the general public.

Solution & Impact

Solution : Toyota Indonesia needs to create a portal website that can be accessed by potential participants. The factors of User Interface & User Experience need to be considered to provide a user-friendly impression in every use. The website should be able to display all the information that Toyota Indonesia wants to convey to the general public and facilitate all processes related to the continuity of the CSR program being held.

Impact : The Toyota Berbagi program can increase public trust in the Toyota brand in Indonesia by supporting sustainable development and creating a broad positive impact on all aspects of community life.
