09Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Integration is a common part of our development process. We have experience with monolithic and microservices architectures and can integrate third-party APIs and internal company tools as required.
10How does a project proceed?
We generally follow four stages: consultation to understand your needs; proposal and planning to define the solution, costs, and delivery plan; development with reviews and testing; and implementation with ongoing support.
11How long does a project take?
The timeline depends on scope and complexity. We recommend starting with a consultation so we can provide a realistic estimate based on your actual requirements.
12Can I see examples of your work?
Some projects are available on our Case studies page. Many projects are confidential and subject to commitments to our clients. We can discuss relevant experience during a consultation.
Case studies13How do I start a consultation?

Schedule a consultation14How is the project cost estimated?
Estimates are discussed around feature scope, integrations, data requirements, and timeline. Share your workflows and priorities so assumptions and boundaries can be documented in the proposal.
15How are source code and data ownership handled?
Source code terms, component licenses, data access, and handover need to be agreed in the proposal or contract. Discuss your ownership and access requirements during the initial consultation.
16What if requirements change during development?
Changes need to be reviewed against the agreed scope, costs, and schedule. Discuss priorities and their impact before implementing the change.
17What should be agreed for warranty and maintenance?
Fix coverage, warranty period, support hours, response targets, and further feature development need to be defined in the service agreement. Ask which boundaries apply to your project.
