The current processes for managing expedition orders, vehicle registration, and shipment tracking by land and sea need improvement in terms of real-time visibility and operational efficiency.

The “Performance Monitoring Logistic” project aims to streamline these processes and provide real-time insights into the logistics performance, ultimately improving overall delivery outcomes.

Objective
The main objective of this project is to implement a robust performance monitoring system that enhances the logistics management of PT. ABC President Indonesia.

The system will cover all critical aspects of logistics, from planning shipments to real-time tracking and monitoring, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate tracking, and improved operational efficiency.

• Ordering: The project includes streamlining the expedition order acceptance process and confirming timing to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and on time.
• Monitoring: This module will include vehicle registration, queue management, scale operations, and checker processes, with an “Always On” registration system to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Tracking: A centralized dashboard will allow real-time tracking of shipments, whether by land or sea, providing full visibility into the progress and delivery status.
