The Integrated Innovation Management System (I2MS) is an application designed to enhance task management and scheduling for PT SANGHIANG PERKASA. It streamlines the entire process from task creation, assignment, progress tracking, to meeting objectives within specified deadlines. By integrating project and task management features, I2MS provides a clear overview of ongoing projects and tasks, ensuring efficiency, collaboration, and timely completion.

Objective
To develop a cloud-based web application that facilitates:

• Task Management: Allows users to create tasks, assign them to team members, and monitor their progress until completion.
• Innovation Management: Enables project tracking, reporting, and portfolio management, providing visibility into the progress of each project.
• Minutes of Meeting (MoM): The system records meetings and action items, converting them into tasks when needed for follow-up.
• The main goal is to create a platform that ensures seamless communication, task delegation, and project oversight.
